30 Min HIIT Full Body Burn!

There's nothing better than training outside on a beautiful day!

As most of you know, I prefer to stay in shape with 30 min, full body HIIT workouts which incorporate a combination of resistance bands, cross fit and plyometrics.

It's a great way to tone up, burn fat and keep the body guessing.

So let's get our sweat on!!

 

Equipment:

Bosu Ball

Kettle Bell

Resistance Band

 

 

General Guidelines

* Chose weights that allow you to do 15-20 reps. Each exercise should be difficult BUT doable. If you can not complete 15-20 reps then lower the weight until you can. 

WE ALL WORK AT DIFFERENT LEVELS!

* You want to push yourself BUT DON'T DIE! If you feel light-headed, are breathing too rapidly to speak or have the urge to throw up, then pause the video and grab a bit of water until you feel well enough to continue.

IT WILL GET EASIER!

* These are short, high-intensity workouts so 

PUSH YOURSELF!

PROTEIN:

Make sure to eat at least 20gm of protein within 30 min of working out for optimal muscle mass!!
