30 Min High Intensity Home Workout

Don't get me wrong, I love the gym but sometimes it's just a pain in the bum!

A. It takes too long to get there and back AND shower before work

B. Parking

C. It's almost impossible to do a circuit without people taking over your equipment. Even super setting allows too much time in between stations and causes the heart rate to fall making this method ineffective.

That's why I decided to set up my own workout course at home! Hopefully, this will allow me to teach you what a High-intensity workout should look like AND help me to lose that pesky 5 lbs I struggle with!

General Guidelines

* Chose weights that allow you to do 15-20 reps. Each exercise should be difficult BUT doable. If you can not complete 15-20 reps then lower the weight until you can. 

WE ALL WORK AT DIFFERENT LEVELS!

* You want to push yourself BUT DON'T DIE! If you feel light-headed, are breathing too rapidly to speak or have the urge to throw up, then pause the video and grab a bit of water until you feel well enough to continue.

IT WILL GET EASIER!

* These are short, high-intensity workouts so 

PUSH YOURSELF!

Now that we have the general guidelines lets begin!

Equipment:

-TRX

-Tractor Tire or Kettle Bell

- Weights

- Sledge Hammer

- Bosu Ball

I got my tire on craigslist and everything else on Amazon for pretty reasonable prices. All equipment EXCEPT tire is ideal for indoor use.

 

 Make sure to eat at least 20gm of protein within 30 min of working out for optimal muscle mass!!
