Sacral Pudding

This recipe is an adaptation of the Sacral Cake recipe in "The Chakra Cookbook".

The original recipe had a nut and seed crust and contained coconut oil.

After all the fat was removed it came out more like a pudding.

Mildly sweet and full of beta carotene, this pudding works great for breakfast or a healthy dessert.

Ingredients

1/3 cup water

1/4 cup collagen

Juice of 2 oranges

1/2 cup chickpeas

1/3 cup dried apricots

6 oz butternut squash (peeled and cubed)

2 carrots (chopped)

1 dropper stevia

1 Tbsp monksfruit

1tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Blend all ingredients in food processor

Place in fridge to cool

Serve in parfait cups over chopped fruit for extra decadence...
