Organic Fruit and Vegetable Gummies

One of my simplest snacks, these gummies are amazingly healthy, low cal and easy to make!

Gummies can be made with any juice.

I used a mixture of fruits and vegetables in this recipe to increase the nutrient value and decrease sugar levels.

 

Ingredients:

1 Apple

3 Carrots

1 Kale Leaves

1/3 Cucumber

1/2 Lemon

3 Tbsp Gelatin

1/3 Cup Monkfruit

 

Instructions:

Grind Monkfruit in Coffee Grinder until Smooth (Powdered Sugar) Consistency

Juice Fruit and Vegetables in Juicer

Pour 1/2 Juice into Bowl and Mix in Gelatin (whisk vigorously)

Combine Rest of Juice and Monkfruit in Sauce Pan and Heat to a Simmer

Remove from Heat and Combine with Cool Gelatin Liquid. Mix Thoroughly

Fill Gummy Bear Molds with Juice Mixture

Let Set in Fridge for a Couple of Hours

Freeze for 15 min

Pop Out of Molds
