The frustrating thing is I DONT WANT the junk in my body, I KNOW I'll feel like crap afterward, but my taste buds DON'T CARE!!
Luckily we live in an age of choices! I am constantly amazed by the food options and inventive recipes available.
With just a tiny bit of research and effort, you CAN enjoy your favorite foods WHILE leaving the junk behind!
1 Lrg Head Cauliflower
1 Lrg Pinch Salt
1 Egg White
1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast
1/2 Cup Caulipower (or almond flour for keto)
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Paprika
Extra Salt to Taste
Preheat Oven 375
Finely Rice Cauliflower in Food Processor
Mix in Salt and Let Sit for 15-30 min
Use Dish Towel to Wring Out Excess Liquid (as shown)
Mix Dry Part of Cauliflower with Remaining Ingredients
Pat Small, Round Chip Shapes onto Parchment Lined Baking Sheets
Bake 10-15 min (depending on thickness)
Flip and Cook an Additional 10-15 min until Crispy
