Love hummus but hate the fat??
Why do commercial brands feel the need to add all those unnecessary oils anyways???
There has to be a skinnier way... AND THERE IS!
With my fat free, guilt free, 100% yummy hummus!!
It takes only 5 min to make so give it a try!
You'll be glad you did....
2 cans organic chickpeas (or 2 cups soaked)
3 cloves garlic (raw or roasted)
Juice 1 lemon
Dash garlic powder (if desired)
If soaking own chickpeas, cover with water and let soak for 24 hrs. Then let sit at least 12 hrs to sprout. Use within 48 hrs or they begin to mold.
Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until desired texture is reached.
