Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes

This cauliflower mash is so good you won't miss the real thing!

Warm and creamy with 0 fat and only 30g of carbs (if you eat the entire thing)

A simple prep dish the whole family can enjoy!



1 head cauliflower

2 cloves garlic

1/2 onion

3 button mushrooms

approx. 1 3/4 cups water (add in slowly to achieve perfect texture)

1-2 Scoops Collagen

Nutritional Yeast and Salt to Taste


Place cauliflower, garlic, onion and mushrooms on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake on 400 for approx. 30 min (till tender but not burnt)

Put all ingredients into food processor (start with 1 cup of water and add more if needed).

Mixture should be thin enough to blend but not soupy.

Eat and Enjoy at You Leisure!!
