Pineapple Gazpacho

Perfect for Summer!

This recipe is slightly sweet, slightly spicy and 100% healthy!!

 

Ingredients:

2 Cucumbers

1 Pineapple (or 1 bag frozen)

1 Cup Pineapple Juice

1/2 Onion

1 Jalapeno

1 Handful Cilantro

1 Pinch Salt

Instructions:

Rough Chop Fresh Ingredients

Blend All Ingredients in Processor

Chill for 30 min (or eat immediately)

ENJOY!
