Who doesn't love pasta? It's a staple (And for some a guilty delight!)
Unfortunately, many people feel they have to give up pasta in order to achieve those perfect abs...
What if I told you that not only is this unnecessary but that I actually have a way for you to have your 6 pack and eat pasta too?!!
1 Can Tomato Sauce (I prefer pizza sauce since it's pre-seasoned)
3 Asparagus Spears
3 Baby Broccoli
1 Handful Pasta (I recommend Cybele's Fusilli)
Handful Torn Arugula
1 Clove Garlic
1 Handful Chopped Sunflower Sprouts
4 Basil Leaves
Nutritional Yeast and Salt to Taste
Saute Mushrooms, Onion, Asparagus and Broccoli in Tomato Sauce
Bring Saucepan of Water to Boil and Cook Pasta 5 min or Until Tender
Place Sunflower Sprouts, Garlic and Basil into Serving Bowl and Set Aside
When Asparagus and Broccoli are Tender, Turn off Heat and Stir in Arugula
Add Pasta and Sauce to Serving Bowl and Mix Ingredients Thoroughly
Add Nutritional Yeast and Salt to Taste
