This baked falafel recipe is not only fat-free and healthy, it's also delicious and easy to make!
Perfect accompaniment with salads, sandwiches or dipped in hummus
3 Cups Soaked (or canned) Chickpeas
2 Green Onions
Juice of 1 Lemon
3 Cloves Garlic
Sm Bunch of Parsley
2 Kale Leaves
1/2 tsp Lemon Pepper
1 tsp Cumin
Lrg Pinch Salt
Pre Heat Oven 400
Blend All Ingredients Into Food Processor
Use Hands or Ice Cream Scoop to Form Balls
Place on Parchment Covered Cookie Sheet
Bake 20-25 min
