Fermented Coconut Water

So easy to make! Why not save a few bucks and do it yourself?

 

Fermented foods are naturally high in probiotics and help treat digestive disorders such as bloating, IBS and nausea.

So get fermenting!!

Ingredients:

Organic Coconut Water (I like Harmless)

Note: Exact amount is variable depending on the size of your fermenting jar

Water Grains

Water Grains

1 tsp Maple Syrup

 

Instructions:

Place All Ingredients in Mason Jar

Store in a Cool, Dark Place for 24hrs

Pour Liquid out of Jar. Preserve Water Grains for Future Use

Water Grains Should be Stored in Cool Dark Place with Approx 1 inch Liquid

Fermented Coconut Water Can be Placed in Fridge as Normal

 

DO NOT PUT WATER GRAINS IN FRIDGE!
