Fermented Berries- For that Picky Eater!

As many of you know I love adding fermented foods into my diet because they are a huge help with digestion and help prevent bloating.

No point dieting if I still look pregnant!!!!

These fermented berries are super quick, easy, and literally sparkle in your mouth!


1 punnet black berries

1 punnet blueberries

1 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 pack grass fed whey


Place ingredients in mason jar.

Fill with water, leave about a quarter inch of air at the top

(fermenting causes gases and we don't want jar to overflow)

Screw lid on jar and place in dark cupboard for 24 hrs
