There's nothing better than an Acai bowl, especially on a hot summer day.
Unfortunately, most commercial acai bowls are loaded with added calories (nuts, seeds, oils, about 10 servings of fruit...).
Remember, healthy does not always equal skinny!!
That's why I make my own acai magic right in my kitchen!
1 packet unsweetened acai
1 large handful spinach
1 scoop protein powder
1 scoop powdered greens (optional)
1/3 cup toasted quinoa flakes
1 sm handful goji berries
2 tbsp bee pollen
1 tbsp cocoa nibs
1 serving of fruit (if desired)
1 dropper stevia
Blend acai, zucchini, and spinach
Pour into a bowl and stir in other ingredients
