Myth: Baby Food is Only for Babies

I'm an adult to absolutely loves baby food! 

Even quicker than an acai bowl. It's quick, convenient, sweet and chock full of fruit and veg! What more could a girl ask for??

My baby food obsession started when I was massaging at the Bellagio.

I was a floater, which means I had to race from room to room doing massages while other therapists were on breaks.

FUN.....

This didn't leave me much down time to eat, and there's nothing worse than being hungry while giving a massage, so I started carrying baby food in my massage bags because it was something healthy that I could eat quickly between clients.

Because I'm a lazy chef, baby food started to take a big role in my home recipes, particularly breakfast, and I got my friends addicted to it as well!

This protein breakfast bowl is one of my favorites.

 

Ingredients:

2 Packets of Organic Baby Food (you choose the flavor!)

1 Scoop Collagen

1 Scoop Protein Powder

1 Scoop Superfood Powder

1 Handful of Berries

 

Instructions:

Combine All Ingredients in a Bowl

Mix and

ENJOY!
